These terms apply to bookings, sponsorships, donations, and use of this site.
A booking is not finalised until any required payment or proof of payment is received and confirmed by FLY.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may nominate another guest by contacting the fundraising team.
Sponsorship packages are subject to agreement and availability. Details will be confirmed in writing before payment or invoicing.
Donations are gratefully received. Section 18A receipts are issued where applicable and in line with FLY's NPO/PBO status.
